Refunds

Requests to cancel an order after payment has been made, but before we've cut the canvas for that order, will receive a 95% refund.  Why?  Credit card payment processors keep 3-3.5% of the total payment amount as their fee for processing the payment.  This represents $30-35 per $1,000 of an order.  Credit card processors don't refund these fees when a payment is refunded.  The remaining 1.5-2% is a small amount to offset the time we spent to process and then cancel the order.

Once the canvas for an order has been cut, we do not cancel the order, it will continue thru production and be shipped.  We will not cancel the order, even if it hasn't been shipped yet. Canvas is typically cut within 1-2 business days of payment.
